Privacy Policy

How HireClove Services LLP collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal data of website visitors, candidates, and client contacts.

Last updated: August 2026 · HireClove Services LLP

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal data collected by HireClove Services LLP ("HireClove", "we", "us") through hireclove.com, our recruitment processes, client engagements, and related communications.

It is intended to give candidates, client contacts, vendors, and website visitors a clear account of how their personal data is handled, consistent with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and other applicable Indian law.

Information We Collect

We collect personal data that individuals provide directly, and data generated through use of our website and services:

  • Contact details -- name, email, phone number, company, and job title
  • Candidate data -- resumes, work history, qualifications, references, and interview notes
  • Business enquiry data submitted through our contact and partnership forms
  • Technical data -- IP address, browser type, and usage analytics via cookies (see our Cookie Policy)

How We Use Personal Data

Personal data is used only for purposes consistent with why it was collected, including:

  • Matching candidates to relevant, live opportunities
  • Responding to business and partnership enquiries
  • Delivering contracted staffing, payroll, and consulting services
  • Meeting statutory, tax, and regulatory obligations
  • Improving our website and service quality through aggregated analytics

Legal Basis & Consent

Where required under the DPDPA, we process personal data on the basis of consent, or for purposes exempt from consent such as compliance with a legal obligation. Candidates submitting a resume or application are treated as providing consent for that data to be used for recruitment-matching purposes.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time by writing to privacy@hireclove.com; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Sharing of Personal Data

Candidate data is shared with prospective employer clients only where relevant to a specific role and, wherever practical, after the candidate has confirmed interest in that opportunity.

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with regulators, statutory authorities, or professional advisors where legally required, and with service providers (such as payroll or IT infrastructure vendors) strictly under confidentiality obligations.

Data Retention

Candidate profiles are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to consider individuals for suitable roles, and in line with our internal retention schedule thereafter. Individuals may request earlier deletion at any time (see 'Your Rights' below).

Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures -- including access controls, encryption in transit, and restricted internal access -- to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, or loss.

Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, individuals may request to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about them
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Withdraw consent or request erasure of their data
  • Nominate a representative to exercise these rights in case of death or incapacity, as provided under the DPDPA
